Dynko is former president
of Belarusian PEN and one among several journalists who were arrested
during the Minsk demonstrations in March. Norwegian PEN has
received a copy of his prison diary, written for Dynkjos periodical
"Nasha Niva". Dynko also thanks Norwegian NGOs for moral support
and Norwegian media for bringing information about the situation in

February: Norwegian PEN will
observe several court cases in Istanbul and Ankara against Turkish
writers and publishers during the two first weeks of February.

attend AGM of IFEX - International Freedom of Expression Exchange in
Brussels, Belgium.

delegation will attend International PENs WiPC 6th conference in
